Drip bucket and smoke stack

Since I've had my pit boss the drip bucket never fills and the the cone on the smoke stack drips on the side tray. I clean it all the time and it still does this. Install is to the directions. I'm at a loss with the issue. Any advice welcome l. Thanks

without knowing more about which model you have, its hard to say - but my first guess is that your stack is not be open enough, so your smoke condensing in the stack instead of flowing out. Smoke needs to flow over food, then exit efficiently.

Is it dripping grease or creosote?
