Dusting off the smoker

Ready for final saucing. I opened the foil let the stream escape for 10 minutes. I'm resting them in the foil, wrapped in a towel for a couple hours as my guests are not coming until 4. At that point I'll lightly sauce and throw them back on for 15 minutes.View attachment 2003

I love Sticky Fingers sauce!!! Kosmos killer bee is great too! I don't think that I've tried that combo before. :unsure:

Got the first dusting of snow in NH last night. Have to brush it off for the first time this year. Making ribs today.
Got our first official snow last night.

Also picked up a couple racks of ribs to do on the vertical smoker here, as inspired by this post 😬
