New smoker grill less than a month old after on 2nd use the control panel went dark as the grill heated up. PitBoss shipped us a new control panel. We replaced it today and upon starting the grill heated to 200 degrees and ErH came on the screen. Book says unit has overheated possibly due to grease fire or excess fuel. Neither is the case. Now what?

I would call Pit Boss Tech Support 877 303 3134 option 2. I believe they are open on the weekend too.
