Fahrenheit to Celsius settings

I have a PB Austin XL and last time I used it I somehow managed to get in Celsius mode? I don’t know how, but how do I go back to Fahrenheit? The current temp and meat probes indicate in Celsius, the selected temp on top shows Fahrenheit. Help please

I am also trying to figure out how to get out of the Celsius mode. Any Help will be appreciated

I was able to make the switch unplugging the grill for 1 minute and then restart and it was correct as it should be again.
