I just finished setting up my new PB820CS1 grill (WiFi and Bluetooth), plugged it in and the blower fan and igniter both came on with the control panel off! Only way to stop the action was to unplug the power cord! Customer support is sending me a new controller as soon as they are in stock, but unfortunately, with no ETA. Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it without replacing the control panel?
