Got my babybacks trimmed up and ready to go on the smoker in a little bit, fingers crossed.

I did trim the cap up on the racks, got a little over 2 lbs that will go in the pressure cooker for a little pulled deliciousness.

I did not make a rub this time. I got so busy with other stuff, it kinda went by me. I had some Weber honey garlic, some Pork Perfect, Rib Rack BBQ rub, and some Famous Dave's on hand, so they got some of each, with a little more FD than the others.

Some brown sugar and thinned Sweet Baby Rays for the wrap, except the small 2 or 3 rib ends got a mix of Sweet Baby Rays and Cholula.
