I have a new Pit Boss FB700 and I am not getting grease in the grease catcher. Is there anything I can do to help this problem? The grease drips on the shield instead of going in the grease catcher.

Grease should drip onto the shield, run off into either of the channels on front/back of shield, then drain into the common channel on the right, then into the drain port, then into the bucket. It relies on gravity to flow in that direction, so the sheet must be positioned properly at an angle higher on left, lower on the right.

What have you cooked? Maybe not enough drippings to run off, they just burn. Like was mentioned, make sure the shield is properly mounted, but i think that would be hard to mess up.

Be sure these tabs are in these slots and grease will end up in the bucket....
