Great grill till it wasn't

Exactly 1 year from purchase my 1250cs started throwing codes. 2 warranty boards and ignitors later now reading 100 plus degrees hotter than setpoint, now error code is too hot, been on 2 video chats and 3 months without a proper working grill, I always clean it and it's the 1st 1 I covered, lol, not sure what the deal is

I have several digital thermometers, nothing too fancy, wish my videos would download, I watched an external probe at say 250 and the grill was pushing 400, ran multiple probes after it shut down

Even the PB probe said it was off, I just ordered another probe, easier than waiting on the phone for 2hrs and waiting for the part
