Hammer tone 2 problems

I have the electric Pitt boss hammer tone 2.
it shows power on but the element doesn’t heat up. What part do I need to replace?

Howdy. I have one of those rascals myself and my temp probe went out yesterday afternoon.
You say the element won’t heat up?
Maybe this is a possibility. And I seem to forget every time I use it.
but did you set a time first before trying to heat up?
Mine when plugged in the light comes on but you cannot get any heat until a time is set. I usually just enter 10 hours. Just anything and the. It will let me set a temp and the element will heat.
If you already know this I apologize.

No problem buddy.
I hope that’s all it is. I’ve had mine since 2017 I believe. And can never remember to do that. Lol. It’s in. The book and when I go to find the problem I just go duh !
By design it will not let you set a heat tem and get it going until a time is set first. Go figure. Hey lemme know if that works.
