I also don't see a way to change the p settings. I'd like to experiment with that, but the article above mentions pressing a button with a ballpoint pen. I see nowhere on this grill with a button like that.

I have done the air gap mod with aluminum foil. I have not messed with p settings.

You don’t have PSettings…your KC has a PID controller.
