Has anyone ever get a part for a warranty

They have sent 2 replacement igniters that were tripping my GFCI. Unfortunately fhe second replacement also failed this Labor day weekend and I finished my brisket in the oven.

Installed the new controller everything is working great again.the shipping of the controller took a total of one week they told me waiting time would be two to three weeks glad I didn’t have to wait that long
