They are swamped right now with firmware update calls so I would keep trying first thing in the morning to call them. Thursday morning seem to be better success.

Where would you start a case, I see nothing after logging in that even shows my registered product or any way to contact support.
Only thing I see after logging in is two options, 1 to see my account info which is just my name email and phone number and the other is to edit that same information.
