who knows I'm just not very happy with the qc at the factory level it's like they got a bunch of temps with the I don't care attitude assembling these units I think the least pit boss could do is to offer some free pellets or something for having to repair this unit before I can even enjoy itAhh. I have multiple issues with mine also Dan I feel the pain you are having replaced igniter , heat probe , pot fan , and also circuit board twice and have still had know luck with this grill , I myself will never purchase another pit boss I have had two GMG smokers and have never have any issues with those , I bought this pit boss from Walmart looked like a good deal butt boy I sure was wrong.Good luck with yours my friend summer is here !!I think they ship same day once a week so far not very happy with all the repairs I'm having to make
oh yes summer is here well they sent out another ignitor today and they gave me some free rub for what that's worth if this 2 nd ignitor don't work I'm taking it back to Walmart for a refund I haven't even smoked anything in it yet
