Just received new PB1150 PS2

Cheers Mike. I am using my own temp probes in the smoker, and adjusting the temp, based on my probes, I am currently having to set the temp to 200F, to get 225F. Is this normal ?
If it's a warm day or the grill is in the sun, yes that would be normal. Winter will be the opposite if it's windy and cold 250 deg you may have to set it at 275-300deg.

Just received new PB1150 PS2, assembled, but, I cannot get the unit to power up, I have plugged into multiple outlets, I get the standby lit illuminated, but it will not turn on, I spoke with customer service, and they're baffled, but are sending out a new controller, they suggested keep playing with it !!!

Anyone any suggestions, I am so peeved off right now.
Poke your pallets what is a paint stare stick to make sure your pellets are not bridging together and did you know they have a new controller that has more temperature changes with 5° increments very nice

I was going to reply the knob will not turn it on. I kept reading and was glad someone pointed it out.

I swapped my controller with the new version and temp control is better but sometimes it can be off -20-30f of what is displayed. The new PID they send you will have smaller increments of temp adjustment and it interfaces with the app BT/WiFi much better.
