Laredo 1000 Err Code

Hello all,
Picked up my Laredo last weekend and got it put together and got it seasoned.

First cook was yesterday. 8 pund pork butt. About 20 minutes in, I get a Err code with no flashing icons on the control panel. I unplugged and reset everything. This time, after about 90 minutes I get the same Err code but this time the element icon was flashing. I went through this about another 7 hours and ended up finishing the bake in the oven. Very disappointed for my first cook attempt on the Pit Boss.

What am I doing wrong?

Did you continue to get the ignitor icon as an ERR? I'd check if the connections to it are tight and that it's positioned correctly in the fire pot. All else fails call customer support 877 303 3134 option 2.
