Lexington - where is the Serial Number?

Hi - I have a Lexington 500 - I wanted to register my grill at the pitboss-grills.com website - but they are asking for my serial number. Looked all over the unit, in the manual - can't find out where the S/N is located. Thanks for any help on this.

I can't speak to the Lexington, but my Austin XL serial # is on the back of the pellet hopper, at the bottom of the large label. I would assume the Lexington would be the same?

Nope - just the Model Number (near the wiring diagram at the lower left of the large label). Pic attached. thanks for the reply!! i am new, this seems like a great forum. i can see we'll all have to lean on each other, because there ain't *no* customer service from this company, as I have discovered. Anyone else have any clues on where to find the Serial Number? Thanks for any help.

Weird, I don't have a wiring diagram on my label. I guess ours are different. This label is on my hopper's back panel:

ok, my bad. Pit Boss Live Chat person actually answered and was very helpful. The pic i showed above was from inside the hopper - i found the S/N pretty much exactly where you suggested it would be. Thanks

I chatted with them last week and I had to make 3 trips to get the serial number from mine
