Lower burner won’t light

I just set up my Series 3 vertical smoker and the lower burner won’t light. The upper one does light. I’m a little lost and was wondering if anyone has an answer for my problem?

I just put mine together last night and am having the exact same issue.

I got ahold of the technical department yesterday and they’re sending me a new HVR assembly. I called and had to leave my # and they did call me back, although it did take them all day. They say the part will be here in 2 to 3 weeks. Lucky me
