Navigator 1350 shipped with incorrect parts

Hello! New to pit boss and was very excited……. Received my navigator 1350 and somehow they sent two rear support pieces (labeled 28 in the manual) instead of a front and a rear, hence I can’t assemble it (or use it). After contacting customer support I was told they will cover by warranty however the part is on back order and no ETA. The Wi-Fi add on never showed to my house, and is also now on back order. I was told I’d have to pay to ship it back if I wanted a refund, as I’m quite sure this will takes months. Paid 1650 from there website for a massive, expensive paperweight. Customer service is now unresponsive after admitting it’s their mistake, and I haven’t heard back from corporate office. I’ll be getting with credit card for a fraudulent Investigation shortly.

Has anyone had this same issue? Seems to me this is likely a large manufacturer issues that they are struggling with, hence the back order with no ETA. Very frustrated at this situation and complete lack of customer service what so ever.

Yeah I did they told me essentially there’s nothing they can do and no ETA on remedy. They also lost (didn’t ship) another part I ordered. Horrible customer service. Already bought something else and will let credit card deal with the fraud case.
 
They have messed up a order I placed but they have been amazing when ever I called sent me a free few parts I needed
