Navigator 850 problems

Hi Folks,

my Name is Markus and i live in Berlin / Germany.
I do grilling and BBQ over 20 Years.

Last Month, i bought my first Pellet Grill (PB Navigator 850). It´s a nice Smoker with a small problem.
Sometimes, the smoker makes too much smoke ( see Video ).
The temperature also fluctuates.
I installed the WIFI control board, but nothing has changed.
I use the Pellets from Pitboss.

Is there a difference whether the smoker runs on Celsius or Farenheit ?

It mostly happens at low temperatures (120 degrees Celsius) and less.

What can I do to stop this smoking so much?

Please help me.
My dealer says this is normal.

Yes.

it looks like the smoker will start.

I didn´t see this by a traeger, moesta or broil king.
