Hello all. I'm new to the pellet world and I have some questions regarding the "P Setting". I smoked some baby backs yesterday and although they came out great tasting, they were lacking the smoke I'm used to with stick burning. So my question is this, is the "P Setting" like an automatic temp setting (exp. P4 is automatically 190-200 Deg)? Or can I select a "P Setting" and then choose what temp I want to cook at? Sorry if these are dumb questions, I'm just new to the pellet world after many years of sticks. I've referenced the owners manual, but it's quite vague. Thanks in advance.
