Got a pack of pre sliced beef ribs at Sam’s and need some advice on the best way to smoke cook these.
I have a vertical.
Since they are sliced I think the 3-2-1 approach could overdo them but for those that have gone down this road, what do you say? Maybe 3 hours smoke and then 1-2 wrapped in foil at 225? I’d prefer a slow and low approach.

Marinate then grill hot and fast to med rare - med. If you can get them before they saw then up. Then a nice slow smoke works works great.
These came from sams I had to ask the butcher for them. Two plates in cryovac was around 90.00

The ones I got are already sliced into individual rib cuts.
