My wife bought me a PB 1150 PS2 from our local Lowe's for Father's Day and so far I have been very happy with the Grill\Smoker itself, however all of my issues have been from the Lowe's assembly and Delivery of the grill. It seems I thought they had left out the Packet with the Probes and the Manual, along with the removable panel for the Front Shelf. However yesterday I went to Clean the inside of the Grill for the first time and I found them, underneath the flame broiler main plate! Sitting right on top of the Diffuser Plate and completely hidden from sight were the Manual and probes with the shelf plate sitting on top of them, They were burned up and melted and it took me quite a bit of scraping to get all of it off the diffuser plate. So this is mainly a word of warning, if you use Lowe's assembly, be very careful.
