Just put it together. Followed instructions for start up remove all the cooking components and plug in turn on. Fan kicks on and believe it was getting warm but noticed auger not turning at all. Called customer service which was a joke the claim to be open mon-sun 4am to 8 pm PST and they are of course closed they direct me to a website. Hoping to find a solution... Thanks in advance for any assistance.

No I didn't prime it. It said make sure it had 3 things working before priming. Ignition, auger and fan. I'm 2 of three...
You have to prime it every time to get enough pellets in the firebox which in turn heats up the temperature sensor which lets the controller know when to add more pellets

So I primed it to see if it would work? Nothing. Then I put some put some in the bowl. It burns no issue. Auger doesn't feed. Light for auger comes on but it doesn't move. Took off panel at the bottom. I see the large fan spinning. There is also a smaller white fan not spinning. I waited for auger light to come on moved the smaller white fan. And bam auger feeds. You would think problem solved no. Next time light come on same thing doesn't feed. Touch the small fan and again it works. Something is to tight(guessing. But idk what... Or how to fix.

As far as I can tell. And th fan works just needs a push to get going. When the fan works the auger works. I think something is to tight
Image above shows the small white fan on right now spinning. When manually moved and auger light is on auger works otherwise the auger light goes on but auger doesn't move

Yeah strangely it works when given a little push to get going. Obviously not usable but... Guess I see if they honor the warranty....
Try tapping on it instead of pushing the fan. It's brushes might not be seated good and not making enough contact to start without help.

So I took the hopper off and is there nothing at all holding the auger motor in place? The only thing at all holding it in place is a single screw into a plastic piece attached to the auger. But there is nothing holding it in place the screw holds it attached but it doesn't anchor it to anything.

I have a 1150 and my auger motor is just resting on a flat piece of metal I think they need to move slightly. My motor is connected to auger with a bolt and nut on the other side. I thought it was strange for it to not be mounted but I guess that’s how it is.
