28 and smoking it was 38 and raining earlier I watch the smoker on a camera and watch Temps on the phone and have a mie tye

I can't seem to get a notification of temp I can set Temps for the probes but am not notified when that temp is reached. ?

Hello, we are getting many reports of notifications not being sent, while also getting reports of them working as supposed to, could you please give me some more information so i can investigate further?

I would like to have the following info:
Phone model:
iOS/Android version:
App version: (can be found in the "more" page by scrolling down to the bottom)
Grill Model:
Grill ID: (can be found by going into grills and clicking the "Pencil" icon on the top-right corner of the grill "card" and should be something like PBX-0xxxxx)
Is the grill connected to Wi-Fi?:

iPhone here, no notifications when cooking temperature is reached. I called pit boss and they said that is something they are working on. With the smoke it app it made a sound and pop up and they said the new app will do the same. They even had me turn off notifications close the app open the app turn back on and still nothing.

Well at least now it shows all 3 probes the smoke it app only showed 2 of them

I’m using it now besides no notifications it’s pretty nice easy to change temp there’s a timer can see all 4 probes on main screen once they fix the notifications it will be really good

I liked the smoke IT never had issues with it.
