Not enough smoke

I have a smoking tube for cheeses but can’t seem to get enough when using smoker. I’ll have to look for the S. Next purchase is a welding blanket for temps.

I layer pellets and wood chips for more smoke flavor in mine.

I just layer them starting with pellets first

I think he means he layers chips in the smoke tube. So pellets, then chips, then pellets, chips, etc.
