PB 1100psc2 won’t hold temps below 300f

I contacted Pit Boss as well and they said they're sending me a new probe as well. We'll see if that makes a difference. Hope so! Has anyone else that has received a new probe found that it made an improvement?

Still waiting on mine. Will update as soon as I get it and get it installed
