PB850 Newbie

Got my 850 a little over a week ago. I have had a couple pretty successful cooks. Still feeling out all the nuances of the grill, but pleased overall. I am thinking of installing a thermometer just to make sure the PID doesn't screw me up at some point. Tonught I'm going to see how it grills pork chops. Should be interesting to see how much space it actually chairs them. Then I am going to out it to a real test New Years Eve night, and put on a brisket. Overall it's been pretty solid so far, but I do understand it will not be just like my stick burner.

Pleasantly surprised at how my bbq pork chops turned out. Takes a lot of rotating the chops, but the actual time from start of the grill to finish was shorter. Great taste and were pretty tender. Now to clean it up and get ready to smoke a brisket for the new year.
