Pbv4ps2 question

The owner's manual says you can raise the water pan up for an extended long smoke to reduce the water consumption. I never did, I just added water even in a 16-hour smoke.
Even though the fire pot is underneath, smoke and heat come from the three sides and heat rises, so the top rack will be the hottest.
Dollar Tree or Dollar General my wife bought me a stack of rectangle aluminum liners, one size was way to small the other size is a hair to big, but I crush them slightly and they fit in the grease tray. After their half full I put them in the trash and put in a new liner.

Yeah I seen that in the manual that’s why I thought I’d ask if anyone had experimented with that. Thanks for the response. I’ll have to look online maybe for some liners.
