The paint is peeling on the inside and outside of both the gas and charcoal sides. I haven't even used the charcoal side yet. Only had the BBQ for 2 months.

Really no idea on this one. At some point it got too hot and burned the paint. I had a burned area on my grill and I simply sanded the area then spray painted it with black paint -- not just any paint but heat resistant. You can find cans of heat resistant paint for grills at Lowe's or Walmart.
