Pit Boss 7 series door fit

My new Pit boss door isn't square with smoker box. It looks like the door is about 3/4" lower on the right side. Almost looks like the door needs adjustment. On the lift side, the door is even and flush on the side It didn't look this way after assembly. I only had it for 2 weeks and 3 smokings. What could be going wrong?

Any suggestion

I would call customer support 877 303 3134 option 2 they'll be able to get your door right like it's supposed to be. Their open 7 days a week.

Turned out to be the smoker box itself. It wasn't square. So I was told to return it for a full refund. Now I ordered a replacement, the Pit Boss Platinum Brunswick. I now have to wait 5-6 weeks before its delivered. Because I live in Canada I cant get the proper cover for it. Its only available at Walmart US not here. I can get the smoker but not the cover.

Pissed off John but still looking forward to the best smoker around.

Have you asked if your Walmart could have the cover shipped to you? Or from Pit Boss itself?

Yea, I called Pit Boss and was told that they had an exclusive with Walmart and couldn't sell me one. And yes I called Walmart both here and the US and was told. The only way for me as a Canadian is to find a friend in the US and have them ship one to me. Thanks Wally.
Well I'll just use a tarp till I take trip down US way.
