I see they are still selling the 150 PPS at Canadian Tire, anyone know if they made any mods to fix the burn back problem??

The 2x4 works for me.....I have had no burn back since I have used that method.

A couple of months ago I got in touch with customer service again, and apparently I got lost in their records somehow. The person in charge this time assured me that the new controller would be shipped. Took a few weeks, but it finally arrived. I don't know what they did, bit I have used it a dozen times or more, and the burn back problem seems to be solved. I am now a "Happy Camper" again!

New to the forum. Mid west Canada. My PB150PPS arrived end of June. Pit Boss must be constantly redesigning as my unit has a high heat resin handle instead of the chromed version. Also on some U tube videos I have seen fold out side handles. Mine has none.
On the upside I have not seen any burn back issues that some members talk about. So far it is behaving quite well.
