Pit Boss PBCBG1230 Pellet and Gas Combination Grill Parts??

I am needing parts for my less than one year old PB1230 the middle gas ignitor on the gas half of the combo is no longer working! I can NOT find any parts for this model!
does anyone know of where to get parts for the combo grill? Any help would be much appreciated!

Did you try Pit Boss Tech Support? 877 303 3134 option 2. Should be under warranty.
