Need some help. My smoker recently started smoking really bad. No pellets were feeding into the auger. They were all caked on the sides so my reader showed I had sufficient pellets. Not sure if it overheated and damaged the heating element. I cleaned out all the pellets and cleaned out the auger but smoker does not heat up. Turns on and fan kicks in but stays between 99-105 degrees even when I set to a certain temp. I also don’t see my auger turning. Not sure if it’s supposed to turn consistently but it’s not turning after I cleaned it out. Anyone experience this? Do I have a bad heating element? A bad auger? Or worse both??
