Does anyone have a good place to buy the parts? The fire pot for the Laredo Platinum is different from the other models. I'm not having much luck finding the parts I need to fix the Err message. I was going to replace the fire pot, which has some rust, the element and the temperature sensor if I can figure out where it's at.

Have you called customer support? If it's under 5 years old, it's in warranty 877 303 3134 option 2. They'll have any parts you need for it.

I bought parts on Amazon. Yes, the fireboxes available on Amazon are different than the the stock Laredo fire pit. The Ash management tray expects a bottomless firebox, and then the ash falls into the tray when it’s extracted.

I realized this after I bought a spare part, but I’m keeping it. If I ever need to replace my firebox, I use the spare part and just ditch the “convenient” ash management tray.
