Yes. Same for me. Been on hold with support for 20 minutes now. I don't understand why we even need to log in to manage a local grill. It should function like any other device when connected to Bluetooth.

I am having the same issue with server error. I bet it is everyone trying to log on to smoke their turkeys

I wonder if their servers weren't ready for all the traffic?

Restarted my phone, reinstalled the app. Had to re-add my grill and I'm getting errors on every page but I was able to load my temps eventually.

Yeah, it's working intermittently now. Support said they had an issue with their database server. Again, don't know why we need to log in to manage a local Bluetooth device. I don't have to log into Samsung to use my ear buds, Bose to play music on my ColorSound speaker, Kenwood to play music on my truck stereo... the login requirement is stupid.
