Give it time to settle inWell, new probe helped with temp stabilizing, still won't warm up.
New probe, fired it up, set at 425, 45 min later its at 320, outside temp is 70°.
Not goodOn phone with danson/pitboss 3 times today, 1st gentleman was very helpful. Went through startup procedure, didn't have rain cap open far enough.
Opened rain cap, thought maybe that was it. NOT...
Set temp 425, 1hr 30min later I'm at 325.... called again, different gentleman, he told me that's the way it is, Take it back to Wally or deal with it. Told me it wasn't their grill it was mine!

Sending a new fire pot. Another 2 week wait.
He also advised to get the upgraded igniter, but reviews are terrible on that thing. Don't need to create a problem trying to fix one.
