Well, new probe helped with temp stabilizing, still won't warm up.
New probe, fired it up, set at 425, 45 min later its at 320, outside temp is 70°.

Well have tried warming it up at least 10 times over last few days... Getting worst instead of better. Seems to warm decently until about 200. The next 100 take 45+ minutes if it goes at all.
Guess I'll start saving pennies ans try a z grill. At least they have some insulation built in.

On phone with danson/pitboss 3 times today, 1st gentleman was very helpful. Went through startup procedure, didn't have rain cap open far enough.
Opened rain cap, thought maybe that was it. NOT...
Set temp 425, 1hr 30min later I'm at 325.... called again, different gentleman, he told me that's the way it is, Take it back to Wally or deal with it. Told me it wasn't their grill it was mine!
They built the damn thing!

Continue. Called again, different number. Gal this time, very helpful also, reviewed previous calls and pix. She is sending a new control board hope maybe fingers crossed!
Can't believe the second guy was that obtuse about it all,
Was basically an FU.

Installed, very excited that maybe I can grill again!

Called PB again, he looked at all the previous pix, he said the fire pot holes were too big.
Sending a new fire pot. Another 2 week wait.
He also advised to get the upgraded igniter, but reviews are terrible on that thing. Don't need to create a problem trying to fix one.
