Pork rib tips

3 2 1 method is a good start cook 3 hr then wrap 2 hrs then open up and put bbq sauce on them for 1hr but I have had good results with what they call the bump method cook at 250 till you can grab the ribs in the middle with tongs lightly bump them up and down I the meat cracks between the bone there done
