I have an issue, when i start my pit boss everthing works great and 225, but when i raise the temp to above 300 on the dial, every decreases, fire stops, and it shuts down. Would thus be a controller issue?
Did you get any error codes? Call Pit boss Tech support 877 303 3134 option 2, might be a bad controller.
When you raise the temperature are you pushing in the knob to set it at the temperature you chosen?
