Pro series 1600 auger jam repeatedly

Just got off the phone with pit boss earlier. Apparently the auger housing is not available at the moment with no ETA. They are sending me a brand new complete grill

If you see in the pictures the order(brand new) is jammed against the very front of the auger housing.

The auger housing is also slightly twisted out of place if you look at the silicone on the left and right of the opening you can see it’s not centered anymore.

That's awesome, they are sending a new one. I tried to get them to send me a knew one when I first got my 1600 and they said they don't send out new grills, only parts. I'm glad it worked out for you.
