Pit Boss Customer Service sent me a replacement auger. Replaced this morning and it’s working great now. Thanks for the feedback everyone. 👍
Good to hear Pit Boss customer service did you right and you're back up and runnin. I'd be curious to open up the old motor and see what's inside.

They were pretty good. I registered mine when I bought it which made it go pretty smoothly. Took videos of what it was doing and sent them while I was on the phone with them. Here are the pics of the inside of it.
