Hello everyone I’ve had my pitboss for around a year and now it is throwing this code for the life of me. I cannot figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome from East Texas to the group. !
Sounds like a bad temperature probe.
Clean it thoroughly along with the temperature sensor. Unplug the temperature probe , fire it up and see what you get.
