Pro1150 heat consistency

Had a convo with support regarding start-up and inconsistent heat, but had to pick up a analog temp guage. Grabbed one and it speaks for itself. 30 min after start-up procedure, closed lid, set temp to 250. Guess I will call back and see what they say.

Set temp to 300, waited 30 minutes.

Trying a multi fold foil hack just to check it out. I will say on start up, it would rise quickly, even open. So far at start-up, temp is not jumping up, which is good.

Got an erl code. Burn bin completely filled up with pellets.
Turned it off, 5 min later the fan kicked on high and smoke started backing up into hopper and I could hear the pellets ignite. So I unplugged the unit and letting the pellets burn out. WOW, glad I was by the smoker.
