I did that as i was having issues as well and they told me I had to go to the site to register they cannot do it over the fun. Just keep trying it again on their website.

I couldn't get on the Pit Boss site either yesterday, last night I got in but it was redirected to Amazon????

I was speaking with tech support on Wednesday and was told they were changing there POS system, and it controls the website. Still not there as of now, but that was why. Hope i helped

Links still aren't working. They should put something on their webpage about registering issues.
