Product Registration

I keep getting an error message when trying to register my Austin XL smoker. Keeps telling me that the url is no longer available.
I called them and they told me it would be corrected by the end of July. I've been getting the same error message
 
The website still isn't 100%, tried to register my grill...."404 ERROR" comes up....Checked recipes very limited, before the upgrade website it was loaded ....tried to call them, got disconnected
 
I contacted support today trying to get update on a control board.
They asked me for my information and info on my PB4 V1 as my registration information was missing. They said they updated the New System. I'd contact support and register either over the phone or via email.
 
I did call this afternoon, asked if I can register over the phone, I was told I can't...must wait for their website to be fully upgraded

That's interesting, try emailing as I was asked by support to send them all of my information again to put in the system....that was 2hrs ago.
 
yesterday I gave them my emial, phone #, address, everything they asked for and she said she put me back in the system,
today I still have no account, does not recognize my email etc..
??? don't know what's going on there
 
Has anyone tried to create a new account on the Pitboss-grills.com web site and if so how did it go?
Did it let you create the account?
I hesitate to do this because then I will lose all my history.
 
I dropped my phone in the sink last week. Went and got a new phone and was able to login to pitboss again. You might try forgot password
