New to this bbq and all has been good, except the propane side won't get over 350 with all 3 burns on high. Manual said to turn knob 270 degrees to HIGH when lighting, but mine only turns to left which is just 90 to HIGH. Could this be an assembly problem? (done at Lowes) . Maybe faulty temp gauge?

I have the same issue and just posted my own thread before seeing yours here. I got the 1100 combo from Lowes and the propane side doesn’t get hot AT ALL. I’m hitting 450 at best with the burners maxed out for 15-20 minutes. My steaks come out with a light brown sear at best. Zero char.

You might want to check your regulator if you’re hitting 350. There are a few YouTube videos on resetting a gas grill regulator.

But you might be having the same issue as me. I’m at least getting 450, but that is NOT hot enough for being maxed out .. jeeze what does mid burner get me, 250 degrees!?
