Recovering from a hopper fire

Recovering from a hopper fire. I replace the auger motor the bushing and the controller board. The auger will not move it spins freely after I cleaned it out. The wires don’t look burned or any shorts. All the connections are clean and firmly connected. What am I missing?

Which model smoker?

It’s a PB1100. I did figure it out late last night. A wire was preventing the auger fan from spinning. Typical user error. Thanks for the inquiry.
