Woodford Reserve Double Oak unless I can get my hands on a bottle of Blanton's at a "reasonable" price.

I love Blanton's but only spring on one rarely. If you can get Kentucky Spirit give it a try. It's a Wild Turkey 101 single barrel and it's much more affordable and really smooth. They seem to bottle it late summer and it just ran out down here.
