Good afternoon.
I purchased the Sierra this past August and every time I cook on it, the food sticks to the non stick surface. Someone told me I was getting the griddle too hot. So I did a deep cleaning with warm water and baking soda and got all the burnt on food off.
this morning I was cooking bacon on low, and I had a little sticking. Then I cooked hash browns and that stuck bad.
is my ceramic surface defective?
can I “fix” it?
I have not called pit boss yet. I will do that tomorrow.
