By the way Ace had a 40 pound bag for 14.99 so I picked it up. They make different pellets like oak, hickory and maple but this was the only style they had. Planning on doing some 3-2-1 ribs tomorrow for Memorial Day. Worth trying for the price and it helps out a local company.

And now I am on a quest to find meat hooks. I am doing ribs tomorrow and want them to hang in the vertical Copperhead. No luck! Been all over town. No one has any meat hooks! I think I may try some regular S hooks and see if those work.

Try hitting a tractor supply. See if they have stainless welding rods.

I am using these today. I looked on the side of the bag and it says Hickory, Maple, Cherry blend. Would prefer to use hickory or oak but this is all they had and it says 100% hardwood pellets harvested from Michigan on the bag. Smells nice outside that’s for sure!

Yes at Ace here in Michigan. Don't know if they are available nationally yet because they are a local company.

Hey Mike,
My 850 has an issue with equal heat of the baffle/grease plate and found this site. Has a lot of smoker stuff and I saw meat hooks. I got the 3 hole baffle plate, will test it tomorrow. He does have a wide selection of smoker stuff.
