Smoke...

I have a PB1100PSC2 combination smoker and grill. I don't ever see any smoke come out of the smoker while smoking something. It only smokes when I do the initial burn off.
I had an Austin XL previously and I'd see smoke come out throughout the smoking process, not constantly, but intermittently as it should.
Any ideas why? And the meats don't have a smoky flavor...

I Want More Smoke

I have a new 100PCS2 smoker/grill. There is no "SMOKE" setting on my control panel. How do I get more smoke? My Smoke Tube just arrived which will help. Seems like all recipes say to turn it to "SMOKE"...which of course that is not an option on my smoker. I just filled my 12" smoke tube to see...
